OLEFA now offers fully customizable filters for user import or export via LDAP
Notifications:
The notification indicator in the OLEFA toolbar is now also updated while remaining on the same screen.
Depending on your browser and/or OS users can now also get direct OLEFA system notifications on their desktop as long as the OLEFA Tools are open in one of their active tabs or windows.
Login/Logout:
When a user loses his active session while working in the OLEFA Tools, he will be informed and offered the possibility to login again, while remaining on the active screen and continuing his work.
A personal calendar now automatically regroups all the events that have been created in any calendar by the currently logged in user and the events where he has been marked as attendee.
It is also possible to directly subscribe to this personal calendar via ICS, so that the user gets all the events he attends onto his smartphone or calendar application with a single configuration.
Groupmanager:
The groupmanager now visualizes the groups of the current user inside their hierarchical context.
A history window displays all the user entries and exits that have occurred in the group, both explicitly or implicitly by a subgroup.
Notifications:
Group masters or managers can be notified when new users have been added to their group, both explicitly or implicitly by a subgroup.
Users can be notified when they have been added to a new group.
A new addtobase object allows to build highly customizable add forms for guestbooks, petitions and other databases, including optional confirmation mails.
Referenced tables and databases are now also matched when filtering a database by a global search keyword.
Notifications:
