The pinboard allows users to share messages with all other users, or with specific user groups.
It offers many features people know from popular social networks: sharing posts, commenting, reporting abuse, but is an enclosed area that is only accessible to the users of your site, and without the anonymity of a public portal.
It is also possible to post links to specific collaboration projects - Wiki, Webbook, Storyboard, Tiparlo, Poll and Timeline – on the pinboard by using the share menu directly within the respective tool.
Collaboration tools: new projects overview:
The tools overview is now integrated inside the new userhome area together with the newly introduced pinboard.
The new list view combines the details of the former list view with the clarity of the former icon view.
It is no longer necessary to turn pages, but the list is expanded automatically when scrolling down.
The overview also shows which user is currently working on which project.
New notifications:
Formerly, daily wiki reports have only been sent to site administrators. It is now also possible for groupmasters to get a specific report about the activity of their group.
The report now contains all collaboration tools - Wiki, Webbook, Storyboard, Tiparlo, Poll and Timeline - and also offers links that lead directly to the respective project.
A new notification type also keeps you informed when someone replies to a pinboard post you have created or commented on.
Other features:
It is now possible to define from which accesslevel on users should see the OLEFA update information during login.
OLEFAbase now also offers drag&drop fields for single images, pdf, audio, video and documents.
